A Taste for Something Moore is owned and operated by Chef Jeff Moore
and opened for business in November, 1997. Since then things have really been "heating up" - at first in my client's kitchens, and now in my own licensed commercial kitchen.
I received my professional culinary training at the Western Reserve School of Cooking and Personal Chef training and certification with the United States Personal Chef Association. I have also been trained in safe food handling and have been ServSafe certified through the University of Akron. Additional culinary training is always a part of my continuing education.
A Taste For Something Moore is fully licensed, insured and is ServSafe certified, so that all food handling is done properly. You can be confident that we take your health and the safety of your food as seriously as we do the taste and presentation.
