You
may be wondering how someone becomes a certified personal chef.
Let
me introduce myself. I'm a former construction worker who, for health
reasons, found it necessary to look for a new line of work. While home
recuperating, and wondering just what a former flooring and tile installer
could do as an alternate occupation, I saw a program sponsored by the
United States Personal
Chef Association and realized that not only was becoming a personal
chef something I could do, it would be something I would really like
doing, since I've enjoyed cooking and entertaining for years.
My
wife Jeanne says "With Jeff cooking, who needs to go out to eat?
We can enjoy a delicious, healthy and relaxing meal at home after a
hard day's work." (And after dinner she reminds me that one of
the duties of a Personal Chef is kitchen clean up!)
A
Taste for Something Moore opened for business in November,
1997, and since then things have really been "heating up"
- at first in my client's kitchens, and now in my own commercial kitchen.
Give me a call, or send me an e-mail.
I'll be happy to give you more information on all the benefits of having
your own Personal Chef.
