After a long hard working meeting our department was welcomed in a wonderful snow white winter setting just outside of Akron. The winery itself gave already a sense of relaxation. But then we went in.... The buffet prepared by Jeff enlightened the spirits even further. From appetizer to main course, the group enjoyed a dinner which was exactly what they needed. Surprisingly, A normally loud group got silenced at times by their own enjoyment.

I can only say, they certainly want more Moore.

Perfect.....Just perfect!

The salmon was wonderfully moist; the root vegetables were great (especially that "roasted" flavor); the spinach salad was fresh; the brown rice was just the right accompaniment; and the fresh bread tasted as if it was from heaven when dipped into our extra virgin oil!  Perfect is also the only word to describe the sauce and dressing that complemented your salmon and salad. Thank you both for making our evening very special.
